Board Charter

This Charter has been adopted by the Board of Directors of The Doctors’ Health Fund Ltd (the “Fund”) to outline the manner in which its constitutional powers and responsibilities will be exercised whilst adhering to sound corporate governance principles and applicable laws.

The Charter sets out the role and responsibilities of the Board, which are clearly delineated from Management’s role. The Board sets the strategic direction, financial objectives and values of the Fund and monitors Management’s implementation of those. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible to the Board for management of the Fund.

The Board is accountable to the members of the Fund for the performance of the Fund.
