Patria Mann non executive Chairman
Mrs Mann was appointed to The Doctors’ Health Fund Board in August 2005 and appointed Chairman of the Board on 27 May 2009. She also chairs the Human Resource, Remuneration and Nominations Committee and is a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Mrs Mann is a chartered accountant. She worked for the international accounting firm KPMG for seventeen years, including eight years in London. Mrs Mann is now a professional non-executive director. Currently, Mrs Mann is a non-executive director of First State Superannuation Trustee Corporation, Ridley Corporation Limited and Perpetual Superannuation Limited. Mrs Mann is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Company Directors. |
