A key focus of ours is to make interactions with us as easy as possible using the latest technologies. We were one of the first health funds to introduce a mobile app for claiming and we know from your feedback, and how much you use it, that the app is a great feature of our service.  

We are pleased to bring you the next generation of our mobile app which we hope will enhance your claiming experience with us.

What’s new?
We’ve kept it clean, simple and easy to use. Key features of the updated app include:

  • An improved home page and dashboard with a new look and feel
  • Notifications allowing you to navigate directly to the claim that has been paid, as well as some extra detail on the notification itself
  • The ability to view the latest alerts in your notification centre, including when a claim has been paid
  • Easier access to view the claims you’ve submitted and their status

The updated app is available for Android and iPhone.

“This update is just the start. Doctors’ Health Fund will continue focusing on enhancing the user experience across all our digital platforms,” said Andy Phillips, Head of Strategy & Innovation. 

“We have the next iteration due for release in November with the focus very much on enhancing the navigation. We will then look to start exposing other functions for you in the coming year, such as limits usage and even quoting estimates for your next appointment,” he added.
