We will be emailing our satisfaction survey to all members in January, which will cover key areas of our service, including coverage, claims and communication. Since our last survey, we have made some enhancements in key areas, including -
- Mobile App Upgrade – The upgrade of this claiming platform was a key priority for us, providing a quick and easy solution to your claiming needs. Improvements were made with app functioning, communication, and privacy; allowing us to provide a smooth and positive claiming experience for all members. - Clarity on your cover – Doctors’ Health Fund proudly lead the charge on implementing all government reforms from 1 April 2019 to provide a seamless transition for our members to have access to clearer product information. The introduction of product tiers, new excess options, youth discount and expanded travel and accommodation benefits provided greater options and better cover for our members.
