We pay close attention to what our members say about our products and service to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and value. Which is why we’ve introduced new limits and increased benefits on our extras products.
It is pleasing to know that a majority of our members are happy with our products and services, with numerous responses indicating their high levels of satisfaction. Here are some of the comments we've received from our annual member survey.
We know affordability is a key concern for health insurance and have worked hard to keep our premium rises to the minimum. We continue to deliver the lowest average premium increase across all health funds - proving yet again that quality can be delivered at sustainable prices.
To cover the rising costs of healthcare, we will be increasing premiums effective from 1 April 2018. All members should receive details of their increase by letter or email (depending on your preferred method of contact) by 20 March 2018.
Our annual satisfaction survey provides us with feedback on how satisfied our members are with our products and service. Information from this survey allows us to understand how we can continue to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and value.
