We know you don’t have time to rummage through policy paperwork or continually add up your appointment receipts. That’s why your Online Member Services is personalised to show what you can claim, with up to date data on your Extras limits and usage.
Since your annual Extras limits reset on 1 January, we wanted to remind you that to understand what benefits are available to you it’s good to check your usage before making your next appointment.
To find your extras usage and available balance, login to Online Member Services. Under My Cover, select My Usage & Limits. You can view the usage of each person on your policy by Benefit type (e.g. Dental).
You can then review the benefits each person has already claimed and what remains available to them for the calendar year.
