In February this year, we conducted our annual member satisfaction survey. It’s one of the tools we use to gauge how satisfied you are with our products and service, as well as to seek insight and feedback. The information these surveys provide is actively used to improve our health insurance products and to provide you with the best possible service.

We would like to thank all members who participated in our annual member survey for 2018. With close to 1,700 responses, we have received fantastic insights into what we are doing well and what requires more attention.
